Paper submission guidelines

Paper submission guidelines

The Programme Committee seeks original research and application oriented papers, not previously presented elsewhere, which make new contributions to the topics listed. You are invited to submit an abstract and/or full text of your proposed paper for consideration by the Programme Committee in the electronic form (.doc or .rtf format) or (preferably!) on-line. The deadline for receipt of abstracts is May 15, 2004.

The following guidelines should be observed in the preparation and submission of your abstracts/full texts:

1. The abstract should be a summary of your paper and should not exceed 0.5-0.7 A4 page in length. Anticipated length of full texts should be no more than 8 A4 pages.

2. The heading should include the paper title, followed by the names and affiliations of the author(s) and the name and address, FAX number and email address, CV & Profile (0,5 A4 page) of the author who will be presenting the paper at the conference.

3. For paper registration you should first register the speaker here.

4. You may register the paper and input here the abstracts and/or the full texts.

Applications non-complying with the above WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

The registered abstracts/full texts are published on the conference WEB-site.

The Programme Committee reserves the right to reject any paper or determine the status of each paper (plenary session report, key report, report, contribution, stand report), forward accepted communications to particular sections, or qualify them as stand reports.

Presentation duration: plenary session and key reports, up to 30 minutes; reports to particular events, up to 15 minutes; contributions, up to 5 minutes.

Papers shall be included in Conference Proceedings on Programme Committee resolution.

The list of sections, round tables, workshops and additional events will be continuously updated and will be finalised by the Programme Committee in June 2004. Please, visit the conference WEB-site http:/confifap.cpic.ru regularly.

NO REGISTRATION FEES

Russian and English shall be Conference working languages.

Simultaneous and parallel translation provided.
